Magnetic Resource Imaging (MRI)

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a type of imaging that uses magnetic fields and radio waves to generate images of the body. MRIs produce extremely detailed images of body tissue, organs and bones without the need for radiation.

Computed Tomography commonly referred to as a CT Scan is a noninvasive medical test that combines special x-ray equipment with sophisticated computers to produce multiple images of the inside of your body.

Digital Mammography

A mammogram is a low dose X-rays are used to detect anomalies in breast tissue. Specifically the early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer in women.

Bone Density (DXA)

Bone density scanning, is an advanced form of x-ray technology that is used to measure bone loss. A Bone density scan is used to assess the strength of the bones, the possibility of fracture, or in assessing risk of osteoporosis.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound scanning, is a method that obtains images of internal body organs through the use of high frequency sound waves which are recorded and displayed as images on a monitor.

X-rays uses electromagnetic radiation that passes through the body, and are the absorbed in different amounts producing images of structures inside the body.
